4th of July fun

We had a really fun 4th of July celebration! We went out to a family friend's house in Plattsburg way out in the country. Joel's friend Aaron(from his class at Mid-America) and his wife Sarah and 15 month old son Lincoln came with us. Sarah and I have become pretty good friends over the past couple months. We have been getting together on Monday nights to make dinner together and let the kids play while our husbands are in class until 10:15. We have a lot in common and are so thankful for their friendship! We all had a blast fishing, playing with the 5 huge dogs, watching fireworks, and hanging out. Lily and Lincoln were a little scared of the loud fireworks, but all in all they had a great time. Hopefully next year they will be a little more excited about the fireworks!
