Here are some fun pictures from Lily's birthday. She got a pink and purple tee-ball set and a new pink tricycle from her mommy and daddy. We had a few of her little friends and her cousins go to chuckecheese for her party. They played games, did the rides, ate pizza, and had pink cupcakes! We had so much fun celebrating with her. We are so thankful and blessed to have her in our lives.

Married 3 years already!
April 8th Joel and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary! I cannot believe it has already been 3 years. We have definitely grown closer together and have had so many amazing experiences together. I am so thankful the Lord brought us together. I think we make a great team and we just have so much fun together. We often talk about living each day to the fullest, and I feel like so far in our marriage we have. We have had to trust in the Lord and continue to remind ourselves that His Grace is enough and all we need. We are almost through this crazy season of life with Joel finishing his master's and my nursing school winding down. we are so excited to see what the Lord has in store for us next! We are very excited to meet the new addition to our family as well. Here is a picture of us before our awesome date at the Capital Grille on the plaza!
Joel's 5K!
Joel started running I believe on January 1st, and he decided he should go ahead and try to train for his very first 5K race. He signed up to run the race in Olathe. A couple weekends ago we all woke up early and headed out to the race. It happend to be absolutely freezing and so windy! I thought Lily was going to blow over. It was really fun to be there and watch Joel start the race and then cross the finish line. He ended up running the 3.2 miles in 21 minutes and 38 seconds! He got third place in his age group and 13th overall out of like 300 runners. He was definitely happy with his results. Lily and I were so proud of him! Great job Joel!
The other pictures below are from when I took Austin, Carson, and Lilyana to the park one day. They had so much fun and the boys were so good with Lily. They helped her do things on the playground and played with her for over an hour on all the equipment. It was so fun to watch them play.
