June pictures

Here are some pictures from Tara's house the other night when the kids were running through the sprinkler, and then jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler going! They had so much fun and it was really fun to watch them! Lily really enjoyed "riding" on the boys' little john deere tractors too. She loves playing with cars, trains, trucks, and all kinds of transportation toys. There are also a few pictures ffrom my birthday...Joel made my cake and the icing! It was so good! I have one amazing multi-talented and loving husband!

Still Waiting!

Well, we are still waiting for this little one to show us her precious face! I am feeling really ready to meet her! At my last Dr. appointment I was 2 cm dilated and completely soft, so we are now just in a waiting game for labor to start. It is very hard to wait...I have had about 3 false alarms where I have been up at night with contractions 5 minutes apart for several hours. The Dr. told us it could be any day! I have another appointment on Wednesday which I am hoping I will not make it to! It has been nice getting to spend lots of quality time with Lilyana while we are waiting though. We pretty much play, go to the pool, and take naps! It has been a great summer so far. We are closing on our house next week, so part of me would like this little one to hold on a little longer until we can get moved in and settled, but we will see, she will come in her own time. Joel also is closing out his internship this week, so we have a lot going on! We will keep you updated on baby gustafson's progress! I have some new pics I will post later tonight too so check back!

Fun Pictures

Here are some fun pictures I've taken recently that are kind of random, but thought it would be fun to share. The first couple are of a dam that Carson and Lilyana made the other day after it rained at the end of the driveway. They worked really hard on it and it turned out pretty good! There are also some pictures from the pool, which is one of Lily's favorite things to do these days. There is a picture of her holding my slurpee in the car on the way to the pool too. The last picture is Lily modeling my ugg boots! She pulled them out of the closet and said "Mommy I need to wear my boots today" she cracks me up everyday with different things that she says. The other day she picked up one of the battleship game boards and was pretending that it was her laptop! She would flip it open and tell me she was "just checking her email real quick" so cute!
