Well, today the kids decided they wanted to go out and play in the snow! I told them they have to stay out at least 20 min, bc that is double the time it takes me to suit everybody up! They actually did really well and stayed out for 30! We only have one episode of tears when adelyn's mitten fell off and she got snow in her sleeve. Little JJ kept walking up to the back door and babbling to it and looking up at me as if he was saying mom, what about me? So I have in and got me and him bundled up to head out with the girls. He did awesome outside and loved eating the snow. I just couldn't figure out why he wouldn't walk in it! He would only crawl around....I figured it out when we all came inside and I pulled his boots off only to find a pair of socks stuck down in the toe of his boot! Poor guy! We still had fun and celebrated our success with pink hot chocolate and marshmallows of course! Here is a pic of what the kitchen looked like after we came in :)
