The other day it was 60 degrees in KC!!! We have had cabin fever so bad this winter, so we decided to go to the park with my friend from school Lindsay, and her precious daughter Zoe who is exactly one month older than Adelyn. They are pretty good buddies already! Lindsay took these cute pics of the girls, so I swiped them to put up on our blog too, they are just too cute! The girls loved swinging and playing with all the rubber wood chips, acorns, and crunchy leaves...yes, we exposed them to many new textures that day. Can't wait to be able to go to the park more. Lily had a great time too, it is just so strange how independent she is now. She ran right up to this little girl and said "Hi, what's your name?" They played so cute together. Elaina was 4, so they played house, went on the tire swing, and took turns riding her bike. So so cute!

We're Back!!
Ok, so I admit I've probably been the worst blogger on the block lately...but now that my critical care rotation is over I should have more time and less stress, so I will arrive on the blog scene once again! I have posted a few recent pictures of the girls. There are also pictures from Valentine's Day when Lily and daddy made pancakes, and we made heart shaped pancakes for Lily. The other picture is Lily holding up the Valentine's cards she made for Joel and I with GiGi. Stay tunes, we'll be back soon!
