I was so surprised by my amazing husband this Valentine's Day! We babysat Tara and Jeff's kids the first part of the evening so they could go out, and then they came home and watched Lilyana so Joel and I could go out! It was such a great plan! Tara and I had no idea this was going on. The boys came up with the "plan" a couple weeks before v-day. Joel and I had a wonderful date. We went out to dinner at the Olive Garden. It was so nice getting to spend time together. When we came home Joel and Jeff had Tara and I go upstairs so they could get another surprise ready! 45 minutes later they came up to get us. We came down to find the fireplace going, tea light candles lit all around the room and the chocolate fountain flowing with all kinds of yummy things to dip in it! They worked so hard, and I was so impressed that Joel knew how to slice up a pineapple! It was such a great night. Joel also surprised me with my favorite flowers (cala lilies and irises) and they were absolutely beautiful! He also got me my very own assortment of dark chocolate almonds and dark chocolate caramels (also my favorites!) I am blessed with the most amazing and thoughtful and sweet husband ever! I love him!

This video was so funny... Lily is really into having ponytails and piggietails everyday! She asks me to put ponytails in her hair! She got all these new hair ties (she calls everything that goes in her hair "clippies") and she loves playing with them. She puts all of them on her wrist and pretends that they are bracelets! She has just recently mastered singing her ABC's all the way through, so I was trying to get her to do it during this video, but she was pretty distracted with her task at hand! She is so much fun to be around!

Happy Valentine's Day!!
This morning Joel surprised Lilyana and I with the cutest heart shaped doughnuts from krispy creme! They were so good and so cute! We both really loved them. We also gave Lily valentine's day window stickers which she loved putting up and down and rearranging all morning! She also got a valentine in the mail from G-ma and G-pa...she carried it around with her most of the morning too. There was a mermaid on the front of it that she kept calling a fishy! It was so cute. Her other valentine card came from Great Grandma Roberts and Uncle Andrew! She loved looking at her cards!

Baby Girl!
We had our ultrasound today and found out we are having another sweet girl! We are so excited that Lilyana will have a sister so close in age. Joel and I were both a little surprised, because we both kind of thought it was a boy, but we are definitely so happy that the Lord has blessed us with another girl. Her first pictures are posted above!
